Good Ground brings research, commercial enterprise and community participation together around a lasting commitment to young children and youth.
Our public website is now a place to explore that work in more detail. The Good Ground Journal examines development, learning, relationships and opportunity. Each research article links to its sources and separates reported findings from our interpretation.
What is taking shape
Our commercial ventures, including SiteHeros, serve customers while building financial capacity. The founder has approved allocating 70% of company-wide net profits from commercial ventures toward the mission. This commitment concerns net profits after company obligations, not gross sales or each customer payment. It does not mean funds have already been transferred.
We are also developing a free Good Ground membership community and The Village network of approved, independently operated community-program websites. Those opportunities are being built. The public introduction explains the distinction between general membership and operating a Village website.
A longer horizon
The proposed Good Ground Campus would connect early childhood, school-age and youth-development environments across stages of life. It remains a future vision, with no published opening date or enrollment offer. The campus page preserves the approved age-stage description and identifies the illustration as a concept.
Individuals, businesses and institutions can explore ways to contribute expertise, equipment, facilities, research knowledge and other useful resources. Our participation page and partnership page explain the areas of interest without presenting unlaunched programs as available services.
Our mission is Improving the Lives of Young Children and Youth. The website will distinguish present work, developing initiatives and future ambitions as that work progresses.
