Our model

Useful businesses.
A lasting mission.

Commercial success has a purpose here: to help build the resources that long-term work for children and youth will require.

70%

of net profits, company-wide from commercial ventures including SiteHeros

An approved commitment.

The founder approved this allocation on October 31, 2026, toward our mission: Improving the Lives of Young Children and Youth.

The commitment is to net profits. It is not 70% of gross revenue or each customer payment. It does not mean that funds have already been transferred or that a program is funded today.

Accounting, timing, reporting and implementation require the appropriate professional work. We will distinguish the commitment from documented allocations and actual program expenditure.

How the pieces connect

Revenue is the beginning of the calculation.

Commercial workProducts and services that meet real customer needs.
Company obligationsCosts and obligations come before net profit.
Net profitsThe basis of the approved 70% mission commitment.
Mission developmentResources directed toward the mission and responsible future programs.

Conceptual funding model—not an audited financial statement, cash-flow forecast or record of distributions. The remaining share of net profits is not assigned a public use in this graphic.

Commercial venture

SiteHeros

Websites built, operated and supported for the way a business works.

SiteHeros belongs in this model because customers need reliable website services. A business should choose the service for its fit, value and delivery—not because a purchase is presented as a donation.

Successful commercial work can contribute to Good Ground’s financial capacity under the approved net-profit commitment. Service purchases are commercial transactions; this site makes no claim of charitable tax deductibility.

Resources matter.
Readiness matters, too.

Money alone does not create a responsible program. Development also calls for qualified people, suitable spaces, realistic operating plans and a way to assess whether the work helps.

Good Ground Serves LLC is the legal company behind the public Good Ground brand. A future foundation is part of the longer-term vision; it is not presented as an incorporated or tax-exempt organization.
