Progress should be visible.
Promises should be earned.
Our roadmap describes the work needed to move from a long-term ambition to a responsible opportunity for children and communities.
Establish the foundation.
Develop the company’s commercial work, review the evidence, articulate the mission and publish a clear account of the model. The 70% net-profit commitment is approved.
Prepare the community.
Build the wider free membership environment and The Village’s approved community-program website infrastructure. Public introductions are available; operational readiness and access remain separate.
Test feasibility.
Define specific needs with communities, identify possible collaborators, examine staffing and ongoing costs, and determine what a well-supported pilot would require.
Prepare facilities and programs.
Advance the campus only with suitable resources, approvals, safeguarding, staff and operating plans. Publish eligibility and enrollment details only when an actual program is ready.
Learn before expanding.
Assess delivery, participation, experience and appropriate outcomes. Report limitations as well as findings. Expansion should follow evidence and capacity.
What counts as progress?
A useful update names something completed: a reviewed feasibility study, a verified collaboration, an approved operating plan, or a properly evaluated pilot. A meeting, an idea and an operating service are different milestones.
We do not have a campus opening date to announce. This roadmap will change as the work supplies better information.
